A full assessment will be done inside of the treatment time booked. Please be aware that all intake forms must be completed before we are able to begin the treatment.

For all other providers, including ICBC, you may self-submit your receipt to them for reimbursement if approved for Registered Massage Therapy by your adjuster/policy.
Worksafe BC (WCB) claims are not accepted at this time.
48-hour Cancellation Policy
Your insurance provider will not cover the cost of your booking should you cancel late or do not show for your appointment. Instead, you will be charged directly.
Late Cancellation Fee = 50% No Show Fee = 100%
of the appointment total cost

Please call once you realize you are sick, even if it’s just a cold, as treatment cannot be provided for those who have any type of potentially contagious illness. There is no charge for cancellations due to sudden illness.

Does my insurance cover RMT services in Courtenay, BC?
Yes! Direct billing is offered for Pacific Blue Cross and Medavie Blue Cross.
For other extended health plans or ICBC, you may self-submit using the receipt provided upon payment.
Insurer coverage details vary depending on your individual policy, so please review yours before booking.
Your insurance provider cannot be billed for late cancellation fees or no-show fees. Instead, these costs will be
applied to your credit card.
Unfortunately, WCB claims are not accepted at this clinic.
